I’ve spent more than 25 years supporting businesses across finance, administration, and strategy. My journey started early — watching my grandmother run her clothing business, supporting my dad in his business, and later working in Treasury departments in Australia and Kosovo. That experience expanded into accounting, consulting, and rebuilding micro-businesses in post-war Bosnia and Kosovo, where resources were limited and the stakes were deeply personal. Those years shaped my respect for what it truly takes to run a business.
Over time, that hands-on experience led me to formally train and qualify as a professional coach in Melbourne, allowing me to combine practical business knowledge with structured strategy and leadership support. I’m someone who quietly gets things done. As an introvert, I don’t rely on hype or hustle — I believe prosperity comes from clarity, structure, and making sound decisions that support both your business and your life.
Growing up as the eldest child, taking on responsibility early, and navigating my own learning challenges taught me resilience, problem-solving, and how to find a way forward when the path isn’t obvious. Having built my own business over the past 10 years in a way that supports both work and family life, I deeply understand the challenges business owners face — making the money work, deciding who to trust, learning tough lessons, and moving from reactive day-to-day management into clear, strategic leadership.
